We use Express Mail Service to ship internationally from Bahrain.
Delivery delay is 10 to 15 days after you’ve received the confirmation of the dispatching of your order.
For international customers, check the rules and regulations of your country for importing goods, so that you can take account of any customs charges you will be required to pay. Tiny-Om is not responsible for the customs or duties charges you may incur. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
Customers happiness is our priority, so Tiny-Om accepts returns for refund, exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of receipt.
All returns must be undamaged and in like new condition. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Before sending any return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, as returns will not be processed without prior approval.
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders can not be returned or refunded.
If you have any problem with your jewellery within a year of purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us by email. We will have it repaired and returned to you. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Goods, Pricing and Availability
We draw the customer’s attention to the fact that the photographs showing our products may turn out to be slightly different from reality due to the client’s screen settings and the lighting when the photos were taken.
Our jewellery is made by hand at Al Zain Jewellery workshops in Bahrain. We try to have in stock all the pieces displayed on the web-site. However, it can happen that the pieces the customer wishes to purchase is out of stock. In such a case, the delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 weeks.
We will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.
